How do I pay? Currently, we only accept bank t
ransfers or iBanking for payment. Payment details will be sent to you once the order is confirmed. Items will be mailed out within 3-5 days upon verification of payment. There will be 2 types of postage: Normal postage is free and registered postage will be at an additional charge of $2.50. Registered postage is highly encouraged and THE COLOUR CASES will not be responsible for any item that is lost through normal postage delivery. What if I receive the wrong item? THE COLOUR CASES will take all steps to ensure that all orders are checked carefully before mailing out. However, should you receive a wrong item, please drop us an email with a snapshot of the received item and send us the item back with its original packaging. The Colour Cases will reimbursed normal postage for wrong item(s) delivered. We will replace you with the correct item. Exchanges can only be done for an item in its original condition. If the item is found to be in unsatisfactory conditions for exchange, THE COLOUR CASES reserves the right to reject the request. Any exchange due to delivery of wrong order should be done within 7 days. Will there be a difference in the actual product and the one on the website? Due to lighting differences, the colour of the actual product will be slightly different from the ones shown on the website. Thus, THE COLOUR CASES will not be responsible for slight deviations in colours or details between the actual product/description and the ones shown on the website.
