Taking care of seniors at home. That's my mom. My mom has no health issue, she is still agile and mentally alert. So what are the things I do for her and what supplements I think she requires.
Every night, I will massage my mom's body with warming massage oil that has ginger and cayenne, to get blood circulation going. With the knowledge of Triggerpoint Therapy, I trigger areas that prevent back pain.
