3. Strictly no negotiation unless otherwise stated.

4. Buy at own risk. Ensure the measurement fits you. Items bought

are not refundable or exchangeable. Don't worry, we'll ensure the items is in good condition and quality.

5. Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.

6. Payment, including delivery charges must be paid within 3 days after the confirmation order is made. Orders are canceled otherwise.

7. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. All postage/delivery fees are to bear by buyers.

8. We will not be responsible for any losses occurred during delivery.

9. Colour of the real item might differ slightly due to lighting. We will ensure that it is the closest colour to the real item.

10. All pictures in the blog is copyrighted. No stealing of pictures please. Credits are to be given to us if our picture were to be used in any form.

11. Normal postage varies from $1.50 ~ $3.50. Registered postage varies from $3.50 ~ $5.50.

12. Concealed Cash AT YOUR OWN RISK. If after two weeks of waiting and the concealed cash have yet to arrive, the order will be voided with STRICTLY NO negotiation.
