Merry Christmas from us to you! 🎄🎁

We are releasing our Christmas Gift set for 2022 with festive treats curated specially for guinea pigs to enjoy! 😋 at 12PM SGT. The Christmas sets are super limited!!!

This Christmas, we've decided to release our new fleece bedding that are custom made to fit the normal c&c cage sizes! We even have a custom loft and ramp set that might be intriguing to most of you 😬🤔😳

Also.... a canvas base in place of a choroplast board? hmmm!!

We really hope you guys like the products! Even if it's for your own pigs or gifts for others!

Happy 2nd birthday to us! 🎉🎊

We are actually a day late as the date got mixed up... but its alright! Not too late to celebrate our 2nd year in operations amirite ☺️🤡

Hi everyone! We are very grateful for all the support we got from our recent hay restock! 🥰 However, it is also due to the overwhelming support of orders that we will need to officially increase the processing and delivery times for the products.

Orders will need a minimum of 2-6 days to be processed before being sent out. The choroplast bases will also require an extension of 4-8 days before they get sent out too.

All of the individual hay bags, custom choroplast boards, whatsapp/online messages are manually sieved, hand-cut to size, and replied by only one person (aka me), which makes the delay inevitable on our end. Increasing manpower is also not an option as of right now.

We hope to receive your understanding and will try our best to send orders out as soon as possible 🙇‍♀️

Do note that we will also be temporarily halting the sale of our hay products on shopee due to the lack of manpower, and that the fulfillment time required is too much for us to meet right now.

Thank you very much once again, and for those with existing orders that are not yet fulfilled, they might already be as we are prioritising packing and delaying on confirming fulfillment on the website. If you are not able to accept the delay, do drop us a dm and we'll process a refund on your order! 🙏🏻

hello 👋 we are very very excited to introduce to all of you - our first ever in-house brand of hay!

since the beginning, we've offered branded hay options that might sometimes not be as affordable to owners, considering the amount of hay wastage incurred by these little piggies.

after months of sourcing and research, we are proud to bring our own hay all the way from Northern California, USA! we offer a variety of hay types and are even offering an option of a customizable blend! 🤭 say whaaa??? head on to the product listing to find out more!

we will now be offering the hay at a 500g trial size for a limited period of time to celebrate this release 🎉🎉 the 500g options will be removed by 15th January, 2022.

fret not for those who would still like to stick to their current brands of hay! we will still offer them as options as long as they are in stock.

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We are making this announcement as we understand there have been some concerns with beetles in our forage and dried products that derived from a bad batch received from our overseas supplier.

We would like to apologise to customers who were affected by it and would like to clarify what they are.

These are actually cigarette beetles that are common kitchen pests. Although they are not toxic to the animals who consume them, we understand that they are not pleasant to have around.

We have since taken steps to remove all of the affected products from the store and provide refunds for customers who have been affected by the products. We have also been fumigating the storage area on a daily basis with a pet-friendly chemical as a precautionary measure (although not directly onto the product itself).

Additionally, we would like to reassure everyone that the the affected products have since been isolated a while back and the goods available online have definitely not been infested with the mentioned beetles.

Introducing our new Beary Cushy Sofa - all handmade by Snuggabear! 🐻

Our crafter has teddy bears at home that love snuggling on their mini sofa whilst on the human sofa.

You can use it during snuggle time outside of their cage or a tip would be to place the sofa under a dark area to increase usage! 💤💤

Did you know?! It's our birthday today 🎉 We are officially 1 year old! We are only able to still be in business thanks to all of the support we've received from all of you.

To celebrate, we'll be having a 10% from 12PM today till the end of the month. We are going to have some new products and a mini restock releasing in a few weeks - and a very very exciting news that we will be sharing with you all soon!
