Small update: there has been a name change to the account to reflect what it will (slowly) become: not just a place of inspirational and meditative musings but also books and passages that have been helpful, vintage knickknacks, lots and lots of plant photos (per usual), mental health articles and blog posts, and meditation and wellness virtual events. One day this page will become a bookstore in Lisbon, Portugal but for now, it’s our little community of self care. And, that’s more than fine. Sending love and light.
