Today, I decided to test a new method for making dehydrated pap.
After fermenting the corn and millet, I dehydrated them first, then used a spice grinder to mill them separately before sieving. Of course, I couldn’t wait to make pap with it and see the result.
To be honest, the outcome wasn’t as smooth and satisfying as my usual pap-making and dehydration process. But that’s the beauty of building a food brand—every trial is a lesson.
The good part? The remaining powder won’t go to waste. It actually works well as corn or millet swallow.
In business and in life, not every experiment gives the expected result, but every experiment gives knowledge. And sometimes, that’s even more valuable.
