uter Science and am a Certified Trainer in web development and possess extensive experience in initiating programs focusing on women empowerment and digital employability and created a platform Happify Shop working primely to empower skilled women of underprivileged areas by providing an authentic platform to uplift their lifestyle and introduce entrepreneurial culture. In my professional career, I designed and delivered multiple high-impact learning and development programs and trained 2000+ trainees in programs working to boost women's employability including; Women Employability Skills 2k18, Women Employability Skill 2k19, KECH Employability Summit, English works, English Access Microscholarship Summit, Women Empowerment through Digital Skills, Newly Merged Areas , Digital Skills for the youth of Sindh, Skills Development in Ecommerce, Digital Skills for Gilgit Baltistan and gave end-to-end training to 200+ females belonging to all districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa- KP on Website development, and its importance in today's life under Women empowerment through digital skills program. I also Worked As a “Project Manager” in the “ Access Micro scholarship Program '' funded by the US State Department where I designed the curricula focusing on equipping economically disadvantaged females with English skills and remained as a Computer Instructor in the project “English works” funded by the US State Department where I designed and taught the curricula focusing on the use of information technology to enhance the employability skills of the youth. To shrink the student life struggles, I developed a platform “ Students Founder” that helps students study and find jobs abroad for which I won the National Expansion plans of NICs award. I am currently serving as a Founder and CEO at the Happify Shop (An Ecommerce Store and Servitor. I am passionate about working in the field of Ecommerce, Web Development, training and facilitation, entrepreneurship ecosystem, Graphics Designing, and impact strategies.
