Being founder and chairman of the M/s Apollo 11 Electronics and Fridge Center it’s my great honor to introduce myself and give some history regarding the establishment of my business. In July 1969, I quit the Pakistan Railway Job and started my own business only from (Rs. 1100). On the inauguration ceremony day of my fist shop, the f
irst mission to the moon Apollo 11 launched. When the crew of Apollo 11 splashed down in the Pacific Ocean on July 24, 1969, Americans hailed the successful completion of the most audacious and complex technological undertaking of the 20th century: landing humans on the moon and returning them safely to earth. To many, Apollo 11 demonstrated that the United States had clearly won the "space race" with the Soviet Union, which had been one of the space program's major purposes, so I decided to name Apollo 11 Electronics for my business as name title. By this title name we are intend to show our goal of Heights, dignity, and progress in business community .actually the step of mankind on moon was not only a step but it was the first step towards progress .we hope that we will GO A HEAD and looking forward. In the beginning, we had to buy only general store items and soon we started buying goods from Kabul , Afghanistan, china and Peshawar on the wholesale basis . for the this purpose we explore the maximum market of the region and contribute our efforts for success of our market, on that time Sakhakot was the biggest Bara market in the Reign, but with the passage of time we take some reputable direct agencies of electronics on exclusive basis. all reputed brand contact us directly and give us priority in dealership
In 1989 HajiJaved Iqbal my sons take over the business and after some time Haji Saleem Iqbal and Haji Sajid Iqbal also joined the business. In this regard we opened a new branch with the same name: Apollo 11 Fridge Center at Dargai Bazar and Sherghar Bazar which are big business markets in Ditt Malakand. Two of my sons Haji MuhammadIqbal is Director Sales in a well-known company (M/s Glow Pak International) and Mr. Kausar Iqbal (Lecturer in Pakistan Fashion & Design Collage) are settled in Lahore, they also contribute in Apollo 11 electronics growth and policy making. In 2014 we established a MEGA SHOWROOM covering area about: 36ft Front on road and 180ft long for Electronic which we claim to be the first big Mega electronics showroom in KP Province, where all reputable brands of Electronics available for sales and services.
