1- We will not take responsibility if anything that reaches you broken or out of order as we check each item before dispatching. You must check the parcel in front of the delivery guy and if anything is broken, you must return it to them. After the delivery guy is gone, your complai

nt will not be considered as true, thus your request for exchange / refund will be invalid.

2- However, if you want to exchange something because you changed your mind about it, then you have to bear the cost of shipping of both items; the one you will be sending back and the one we will be sending you in exchange.

3- For every product, you have to make advance payment. Otherwise your order will be canceled.

4- For jewelry and other items on order, if you do not pay within the told time frame, you order will be cancelled.
