زیرِ نظر کتاب کے مصنف کا سیرت النبی پر بڑا وسیع مطالعہ ہے۔ ان کی"الرحیق المختوم "نامی کتاب سیرت نگاری کے عالمی مقابلے (رابطہ عالم اسلامی، مکہ مکرمہ) میں اول انعام کی حق دار قرار پائی۔
دارالسلام نوجوان طبقہ بالخصوص میٹرک تک کے طلبہ کے لیے ’’سیرت طیبہ‘‘ پر ایک مختصر مگر جامع کتاب لکھنے کا شائق تھا۔ جس کے لئے سیرت نگار ’’صفی الرحمن مبارکپوری‘‘ کی خدمات لیں اور عربی میں بنام ’’روضۃ الانوار فی سیرت النبی المختار‘‘ کتاب لکھوائی جسے سعودی عرب کے متعدد تعلیمی اداروں نے نصاب میں شامل کیا، بعض مخیر حضرات نے مفت علماء و طلبہ میں تقسیم کیا۔
اسی مقبولیت کو دیکھتے ہوئے مولانا صفی الرحمن مبارک پوری رحمہ اللہ نے بنام ’’تجلیات نبوت‘‘ اس کا اردو ترجمہ کیا، جس کا بعد میں انگریزی اور ہندی میں بھی ترجمہ کیا گیا۔
مصنف نے آپ ﷺ کی سیرت، افکار، غزوات اور صفات و اخلاق کو جامعیت سے پیش کیا۔

n this book, the events of the Prophet`s life, from the day he (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was born and even before that day for background information-until the day he (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) died, have been recorded.
Beyond enumerating the events of the Prophet`s life, lessons and morals from those events have been drawn to point out the significance of an event and the wisdom behind the Prophet`s actions or deeds, the Islamic ruling that is derived from a particular incident, and the impact that a given event should have on our character or choice of deeds is indicated.
