We’re beyond excited to share our very first menu in St. John’s- built with passion, patience, creativity, and a whole lot of love.

What started as a new beginning is slowly becoming something beautiful, and we’re so grateful to have you here for it.

With Amato now rooted in St. John’s, Canada, we're stepping into a season of growth, creativity, and fresh beginnings. What starts as a new home is also becoming a new space for ideas, inspiration, and desserts reimagined.

After the big move, we're back in the kitchen doing what we love most- recipe testing, creating, and perfecting every detail. From rich chocolate tarts to new dessert creations, we're working behind the scenes to build a menu that feels both familiar and exciting.

This is more than a relaunch; it’s a fresh beginning filled with passion, creativity, and plenty of sweet treats to come.
