Synthetic Fibre Development & Application Centre was established in March 1994 by Government of Pakistan in collaboration with UNDP/UNIDO with a covered area of about 70,000 sq. This centre is equipped with all ne

cessary resources required for the education in Textile field such as facilities for synthetic fibre production, yarn manufacturing, fabric manufacturing, dyeing, printing and finishing. A comprehensive setup of textile physical and chemical laboratories, Eco Laboratories, Library and recreation areas are present. For the machinery operation, Boiler, Compressors, Chiller Plant, Air handling units and stand by Generators are provided.
