After a fun filled launch, here is the book for sale! A little information is good before you buy!
The book 'Healthy Lunch Box Snack Ideas' is a small effort to shift children's focus from deep fried and sugary junk to healthier and nutritious food options.
1. The book is a great guide for parents who struggle to convince their kids on eating fruits and veggies.
2. Simple yet delicious recipes are designed to make lunch box snacks a DIY project for the young ones where they can actually make their own snacks and eat them!
3. The book is made in collaboration with a Registered Dietitian (RD) Ms. Fatima Tai who is a practising nutritionist in Houston, Texas. She checked and measured the calorie and nutrient content for each recipe and provided some useful tips which are included in this book.
4. The book is reviewed by Karen Sechowski, and Dr. Hina Mullah. Karen is a registered dietitian in the Greater Chicago area and her passion is prevention through education. Dr. Hina Yousuf is a clinical fellow at Philip G. Ransley Pediatric Urology Department, SIUT and is currently dealing with pediatric surgical ailments of congenital & acquired form.
