Job Summary: "Export Sales Manager | CFO"
We are seeking a full-time Export Sales Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead
our company's export sales efforts and oversee our financial strategy at our head office in
Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, with
expertise in managing export operations, driving business growth, and making strategic
financial decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXPORT SALES MANAGER:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage and grow existing export customer relationships
Lead and manage a team of export sales professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as export controls and trade regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and marketing.
To analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CFO:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
Lead and manage the finance team
Make strategic financial decisions to drive business growth
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, international business development and finance.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and financial performance
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
