Payment Method:
Payment must be paid in full or at least half of the total amount 3 days Prior the event.
1.1 Payment is available im Cash, GCash, and/or Online Bank Transfer (BPI)
1.2. If paid in half, the final payment takes place upon delivery.

2. Insurance:
If the event is outdoor, the balloons and other materials may react accordingly or against our expectations depending on the weather s

uch as high heat, high winds and/or rain.
2.1.Those uncontrollables does not have to take responsibilities to the service provider.
2.2. We will not be liable on the damage of the item once we left the premisse.
2.3. Client will shoulder the delivery fee.

3. Refundle deposit (if applicable): it is aplied as security deposit for the materials that we will going to retrieve after the event.
3.1. The refund takes place after the materials used is in complete and good confition.
3.2. If there is missing or broken material, it will be considered sold and we will compute the value accordingly. Please assess all the informations needed and confirm it with us "❤️" button.
