This year’s campaign carries the theme: “Rabies-free na Pusa’t A*o, Kaligtasan ng Pamilyang Pilipino.” The initiative underscores the importance of vaccinating pets and ensuring their proper care to prevent the spread of rabies in communities.
Throughout the entire month of March, pet owners may avail of the following services at the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, located at the DA Compound, Block 3, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga:
• Free Anti-Rabies Vaccination
• Free Consultation and Treatment

Please note that spay and neuter procedures will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of five patients per day.
The Provincial Government encourages all pet owners to take part in this campaign and have their pets vaccinated to help ensure a rabies-free and safer Kalinga.
