Mr. & Ms. Burgos 2019 GUIDELINES
1. Candidate must be;
a. Single, no child, never been married, gave birth or father (not even a divorcee nor with/without annulment case)
b. Good moral character
c. Smart and Good Physique
d. Pleasing personality
e. At least 5’6 for female and 5’7 for male
f. Currently residing at the barangay
g. 18-22 years of age
h. Good Communication skills
2. Must represent Original and Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, Voter’s ID (resident of Burgos)
3. Special awards shall be given to the Best (Mr.&Ms.) in;
a. Swimwear
b. Long Gown/evening Gown
c. Photogenic
d. Congeniality
e. Talent
4. Punctuality, Attendance, and Cooperation are essential for the smooth flow of the event
5. Other guidelines and schedules shall be announced as the need arises.
