Hello everyone! We have an important update regarding our shipping process.

Packaging Update:
To ensure your loose figures arrive safely, we have transitioned to using bubble mailer except sa LARGE loose figures (more than 7 inches). Please note that while the figure is placed directly inside the mailer, all accessories (including alternate heads and hands) are secured in a separate small pouch inside. Please check the pouch carefully before discarding the packaging to avoid losing any parts. (You can check the photos for reference)

Order Status:
J&T: All orders are packed and awaiting courier pickup.

LBC: All orders are packed. Due to heavy rain in our area, these will be dropped off tomorrow morning.

Lalamove: We will begin booking orders at 6:00 PM. If you are booking the rider yourself, please wait until after 6:00 PM and send us a message first. Kindly share the tracking link with us once the booking is confirmed.

We have taken photos of every order and will send those along with your waybill information as soon as they become available.

Hello customers, delayed ng one day ang shipping schedule for J&T and LBC since malakas ang ulan sa area namin. We want your items safe so we'll drop it off ourselves na lang sa branch first thing in the morning. We'll send photos of your waybill right away! 👌

For Lalamove, apologies for the delay, bawi kami sainyo! Moving forward, pick up time window is from 6pm to 10pm. Send us a message before booking. Please make sure may thermal bags ang riders para safe ang items niyo from the heavy rain.
