OFFICIAL ENTRIES: Comic-Making Contest
In celebration of this year’s National Disaster Resilience Month, the PDRRMO Palawan conducted Comic-Making Contest for our youth sector with the theme: “Kwento ng Kahandaan: Tungo sa Matatag at Ligtas na Komunidad”. This contest aims to harness the creativity and skills of young comic artists while raising awareness about disaster risk reduction and resilience.
