After sending your order forms, kindly wait for our reply as we need to check first the availability of the said items. As soon as item availability checking is done, Purple Pop Shoppe shall re-confirm the orders with the customer for recording and documentation purposes. Having agreed such orders, will mean that cancellation is no longer possible unless a particular item or items are deemed sold-out. The order form is not a confirmation of your order(s). Orders shall only be deemed reserved and confirmed as soon as payment is made. Proof of payment (scanned copy or pictured photo from bank/western union and other acceptable payment channels) is needed to commence order preparation. Re-stocking will only be done for items ordered as wholesale. Wholesale qty is 6 pcs minimum. It will be better to place alternate orders, as items of our suppliers are fast moving. Meaning items that are available today may no longer be available the next day. PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-ordered items are those that are not on-hand, such items are with our supplier and will still be ordered after the declared cut-off. NO RUSH ORDERS PLEASE As much as we would like to accommodate rush orders, this is certainly something that WE CANNOT DO, as we rely heavily on our suppliers as well. We will continue to update you about your orders. Please understand that most of our branded collections will be coming from abroad, hence ample time is needed as well. The cutoff of all items in this category will be every Friday and will arrive after 15-20 days after cutoff. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS LOCALLY
Expected date of ARRIVAL for PRE-ORDERED items may take up to 3-5 days after payment has been settled. It will take a bit longer for items that need to be shipped to far provinces. For those on-hand, delivery may take up to 2-3 days. RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY!!- UNLESS ITEMS are deemed Manufacturer's defect. HOWEVER, we can assure you that items will undergo strict Quality control to ensure that items to be sent to you are in perfect condition, unless a flaw (for pre-loved items) are specifically mentioned and agreed on beforehand. In any case, should there be any defective items, such must be reported to us within 24 hours upon arrival of your package. Reports done beyond the 24-hour period given will no longer be entertained.
