Akala ko ordinaryong bundok lang...
Pero dito pala minsang iwinagayway ang tatlong magkakaibang watawat sa iba't ibang yugto ng kasaysayan ng Pilipinas.
Sa iisang bundok, nasaksihan ang laban para sa kalayaan, pananakop, at muling pagbangon ng ating bansa.
Ito ang Mount Pinagbanderahan sa Atimonan, Quezon. ⛰️
Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, balikan natin ang mga lugar na nagpapaalala kung gaano kahalaga ang kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon.

3. Fear of rejection – Disagreement feels like abandonment.

4. Overthinking – They read hidden meanings that aren’t there.

5. Defense mode – Their ego protects them by turning correction into “attack.”

Sometimes it’s not about what was said — it’s about what they’re carrying inside.
