My Realization After Watching Zeinab’s Wedding 💍✨
Pero first of all ofcourse Congratulations to the newlyweds, Zeinab and Bobby Ray! 🥂💐
It is a beautiful, spirit-filled union.
Zeinab’s wedding wasn’t just a fairytale moment… it was a living, breathing testimony.
Yes, the venue was dreamy. The dress, the people, the vibes _ perfectooo! But what really struck me wasn’t the aesthetics.
It was how God turned her story around. 🙌
A few years ago, we all saw a different Zeinab. We saw the scandals, the heartbreak, the betrayal. You could literally feel her pain through the screen—how she tried to hold it all together, the way she searched for love and worth in the wrong places. The loneliness. The silent battles. The emotional exhaustion of giving love but not receiving it back.
But look at her now.
Radiant. Safe. CHOSEN.
Not just by a man—but by a love that honors her, honors her kids, and honors God.
And this right here… it reminded me of some powerful truths I want to carry in my own life:
My Takeaways:
Your past doesn’t define your future.
That version of you who settled, who stayed too long, who didn’t know better—she served her purpose. But she’s not your forever.
Real love doesn’t confuse you.
It doesn’t make you beg for reassurance. It doesn’t silence your voice. It doesn't twist your worth. It brings clarity, peace, and safety.
God hears silent prayers.
Even the ones whispered through tears at 2AM when no one else sees. He listens—and when the time is right, He answers in ways you couldn’t even imagine.
There’s beauty in becoming.
The in-between seasons feel long. The healing hurts. But every delay, every detour, every ‘not yet’ is preparation for something real and rooted.
The Lord is faithful.
Even when people aren’t. Even when your heart is shattered. Even when you feel lost—He’s still writing your story.
Zeinab didn’t just find a man.
She found peace.
She found safety.
She found someone who loves her kids like his own.
She found a partner who walks with her in faith.
And that kind of love?
It doesn’t come when you chase. It comes when you surrender.
When you finally stop settling for survival and start believing in God’s best for you.
So to every woman who feels like she’s still in the waiting room—don’t rush. Don’t lower your standards to fit someone’s potential. When it’s God’s time, you won’t have to force it.
Just wait. Heal. Trust.
Your “finally” is coming. 💛
