Avocados are packed with vitamins C and B6, which are known to help reduce stress. Dark chocolate is antioxidant-rich, which is a good option as well, but should be taken in moderation. Other foods that can help include whole-grain carbohydrates, bananas, oranges, water, and leafy greens.
