One of the fulfilling experiences of being an author is seeing children read and enjoy your books. Seeing this wonderful reading of my book, "The Slime That Wanted to Matter," by Ona of ArtHome Bound, makes me feel so happy.
When children breathe life to one's books and interpret it in their own ways - it's a happy and fulfilling moment.

Back in my Marisian days, I often went to the library to read and discover new books. Recently I had the opportunity to give back through my books during this National Book Week, and it felt like a full circle moment. 💙 I hope the young students will enjoy reading them!

Thank you to Stella Maris Academy of Davao Alumni Association for the opportunity. Happy to meet SMAD Grade School Principal Sr. Dina Galuara, our High School Math Teacher and now High School Principal Mr. Luis Arangoso, and the passionate librarians.

On AUGUST 24, 2024, the Book Writers Club (BWC) successfully organized the Young Writers  Conference (YWC) at the newly opened Davao City Library, a modern
