Cravings are not about hunger — they’re about urge, temptation, and that sudden “I want this NOW” feeling. 😅
CRAVINGS are:
❗ sudden
❗ very specific (“I want milk tea or nothing”)
❗ emotional (stress, boredom, tiredness)
❗ easy to overeat
This is why cravings lead to bigger portions and more food than we planned.
And with all the street food, fast food, and milk tea shops everywhere, resisting cravings is harder than ever.
