12 June 2026 – A heart full of gratitude. 🤎✨

We were honored to be part of the 128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence with the , together with our CEO Raquel Choa, COO Edu Pantino, Angelie, the Batidores, and JP, our cacao artist, as we shared the rich chocolate heritage of Philippine cacao on the global stage.

We were grateful for the gift of faith and for the support of our from Cebu, Philippines, who joined us in the celebration. We were also thankful for Chamber Keeper AJ and Corporate Liaison Jonathan, who spearheaded our efforts with excellence and heart. Above all, we gave thanks for the gift of friendship that continued to guide this chocolate journey.

From Cebu to the world, we proudly shared Philippine chocolate, culture, and sikwate.

, we honor a chocolate legacy steeped in culture, tradition, and family — shared from our Kusina to Isang Kusina with our Istorya family.

The Chocolate Chamber beautifully showcased the timeless art of preparing sipping chocolate with Istorya, led by our fourth-generation Batidores, Angelie, alongside our corporate liaison, Jonathan.

Witnessing the next generation carry on the sacred tradition of preparing sikwate (Filipino hot chocolate drink) — just as our lolas (grandmothers) lovingly taught us — was deeply moving and unforgettable.

Another heartfelt and soul-stirring collaboration shared with Walbert and the rest of the team.

Truly grateful to witness that, slowly, the legend lives on. 🙏👸🤎

Our May 7, 2026 Cacao Heritage Tour at Casa de Cacao, Cebu City was extra meaningful as we featured “mais” (corn), one of the traditional crops intercropped with cacao farming. 🌽🍫

It also brought back memories of our family tradition of roasting corn to make coffee — a humble mountain drink we now reintroduce through The Chocolate Chamber as “Kape-Sino”.☕🤎

A warm cup rooted in heritage, memory, and the stories of the land. 🇵🇭

Heartfelt thanks to Nylrem Arobe for arranging the visit and for the continued support.
