Daghan kaayo gusto dako ang sweldo, pero gamay ra’g nahibaw-an. They’re not willing to sacrifice time to learn, not willing to invest effort to grow—pero grabe ka-entitled sa kompensasyon.

Truth is: the market doesn’t pay you for your wants. It pays you for your value. And value comes from knowledge, skills, and experience—things you only earn through sacrifice, discipline, and time.

Kung empleyado ka or nag-apply ka, ask yourself:

- Am I learning more than I’m earning right now? (Good sign—long term win.)
- Or am I demanding more than what I can actually bring to the table? (Red flag.)

Lesson: Don’t chase the paycheck first. Chase the growth, the knowledge, the grind. Because the bigger your value, the bigger your worth becomes. Sweldo will follow.

Stop saying “WTF, gamay ra sweldo.” Start saying, “Unsa pa akong dapat makat-onan para mosaka akong value?”
