Dear Buyers,

We would like to remind everyone that we sell authentic pre-owned Japan watches, and some of our pieces are vintage. Since these are second-hand items, we cannot determine when the previous owner originally purchased or used them.

This is something we always disclose during our live selling. Every watch is presented individually, and we make sure to show its actual condition, including any visible flaws, scratches, signs of use, or issues. We also verbally mention any noticeable defects so that buyers can make an informed decision before mining an item.

Before packing your order, we always check that the watch is still running and in working condition. However, because these are pre-owned watches, please do not expect them to be in brand-new condition.

We also cannot guarantee the remaining battery life of any watch. Even if a watch is working before shipment, batteries naturally wear out over time, and their lifespan cannot be predicted. If the battery eventually runs out, it can easily be replaced at a local watch repair shop for a minimal cost.

When purchasing a pre-owned watch, you are not simply paying for the battery—you are paying for the watch itself: its design, craftsmanship, brand, and overall value. A battery is a consumable part that is expected to be replaced from time to time.

For a price of only ₱850, our watches are already much more affordable than many similar listings in the market. Toki Tokyo PH was established to make authentic Japanese watches accessible to people who may not yet be able to afford brand-new or luxury timepieces. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a quality watch without spending a fortune.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of pre-owned and vintage items. Normal signs of use, cosmetic imperfections, and future battery replacement are all part of buying second-hand watches.
