ONLINE SHOP POLICIES
1. Order Basis
All items are on a first to mine/claim basis. Early reservations are not accepted. Please comment “MINE” or “HOLD” to secure an item.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment must be settled within 48 hours after the invoice is issued. Failure to pay within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation.
3. Downpayment Policy
Selected items may require a downpayment.
All downpayments are strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation, backout, or change of mind.
4. Cancellation & Bogus Buyers
Cancellation and backouts are not allowed. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be blacklisted and posted.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices are final and non-negotiable. Editing or deleting comments is strictly prohibited and may void the transaction.
6. Item Condition
Items are sold as-is. Minor flaws (e.g., paint imperfections, scratches, or box wear) may be present. Any major defects will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
7. Shipping & Handling
Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. A minimal handling fee may apply for packaging materials and transportation. Courier options: J&T Express / LBC (subject to availability).
8. Shipping Schedule
Shipments are processed based on the seller’s schedule.
No rush shipping.
9. Claiming Period
All paid items must be claimed/shipped within 30 days.
Unclaimed items beyond this period may be forfeited or resold without refund.
10. Mode of Payment
Payments are accepted via GCash (or indicate other methods if applicable). Payments made through unauthorized methods may be considered invalid.
