Phone addiction

Let’s talk about phone addiction that is affecting many people in a world 🌎 that’s connected digitally and devices are always within reach.

What’s happening: Your phone gives you quick dopamine when you feel stressed, bored, or avoidant. It’s a numbing tool. But it trains your brain to avoid hard things, which feeds procrastination and makes you more reactive.

Biblical principles to battle phone addiction:

1 Corinthians 6:12 - “I will not be mastered by anything.”

If your phone is mastering you, it’s time to take authority back.

Psalm 46:10 - “Be still, and know that I am God.” Stillness is the antidote to constant scrolling.

You can’t hear God when your brain is fried with notifications.

If you’re struggling with mindless scrolling and are hardly present, I hope this helps you.
