The last 4+ weeks have honestly felt like one very long continuous day — building, painting, unpacking, moving, cleaning, styling, rearranging, making products, shifting shelves… then moving them again 😅

Outside is now mostly finished too, aside from a few final paint touch-ups and tidy-ups — and know how much everyone is loving the bright, light vibe we’ve created 🤍

There’s actually a pretty cool backstory behind how this whole new look came together… and we can’t wait to share that with you once we open.

We’re still playing with layouts, product placement, lighting, and getting stock ready, but little by little the new space is starting to feel like us or the new us should I say!

There’s still plenty to do before reopening next week (I think Friday at this stage but will post the day soon), but we’re getting close now — and we genuinely can’t wait to share it with you all.
It’s been a huge amount of work, but we already know it’s going to be worth it 🤍

Every shelf, scent, light, and little detail is being thought about carefully — we want this space to feel calm, beautiful, and inspiring the moment you walk in.

A few snapshots of the transformation of the Zero Refill expansion from the old La Diva Shop, as we edge closer to opening 🤍
There’s still plenty to do over the next few days, but the finish line is definitely in sight.
We’ve temporarily closed the original shop while we move and catch up on production — you’ve quite literally cleaned us out (the reality of our own local production rather than buying it in from elsewhere!).
Thank you so much for your patience, your kind words, and all the encouragement as you’ve passed by and checked in and watched it come together — it really means a lot and hasn’t gone unnoticed!
We’re looking forward to bringing you a bigger space, improved production flow, more products, and some exciting event days.
Rosemont Road — it’s becoming quite the artisan hub! 🌿

This week we’re launching our customer rewards programme.
Every time you shop, you’ll now earn reward points that turn into store credit.

* No cards to carry.
* No complicated rules.

To celebrate the launch we’ll have a few Double Points Days this week — including one just for our wonderful Gold Card holders on Tuesday.

✨ A little reset behind the scenes at Zero ✨
Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be spending a bit more time behind the scenes making product, restocking the shelves, and preparing for some exciting things ahead.
We have new products coming, new scents, new tea blends and new ideas!
To give us the space to do that properly, the shop will be open Wednesdays and Saturdays for the moment.
We are a little low on stock in a few areas right now (the makers are catching up!), but the shop will still smell beautiful, the tea tasting will be on, and it’s the perfect time to pop in and get signed up for our new Zero incentives and loyalty programme we are rolling out this month, if you haven’t already.
Come in for a delicious tea tasting, say hello, and see what’s quietly taking shape.
