Some of you might remember this colourful antique skittle sitting in the window of our Nelson store. 🌸

When we closed the shop, it came back with us to our Auckland studio. It now has pride of place by our front door, where it still makes me smile every time I walk past.

I created it simply for the joy of creating, and I think that’s why it remains one of my favourite little projects. 💕

He’s keeping a close eye on all the parcels heading out to customers around New Zealand. Since closing our Nelson shop, every order is lovingly packed here and sent from our Auckland studio.

We might not have a shopfront anymore, but we’re still here, still creating, and still sending happy mail every week. ❤️

Our Nelson store has now closed — a little sooner than we expected, as the building sold before even going to market.

It all happened very quickly, but moments like this are exactly what made it so special 💕

The chats, the creativity, the people — we’re so grateful to have been part of it.

Well Nelson… this wasn’t the plan.

You may have seen our sign saying we’d be closed for six weeks and reopening on 10 April, but after a lot of thought we’ve decided instead to close the Nelson store and take everything back to our Auckland base.

Thank you from the bottom of our heart to all the lovely people who have supported us — we’ve loved meeting you.

If you’ve ever wandered past and thought “I must pop in there one day”… today’s that day.
