【Christmas Stollen】
about400g/$28.00
comes with gift wrap like photos 🎁🎅

Stollen is a traditional German cake/bread eaten at Christmas time, made with dried fruits and spices.
They often have marzipan inside But I’m personally not super big fan of it.
I add the extra toasted Almond and almond powder instead so still has very rich flavour!
I also use generous amounts of dark rum ( )for soaking dried fruit and peels few weeks 🥃
Great with coffee definitely but try with wines (Especially Red wine)you will feel full of Christmas in your mouth ❤️🍷🎄

【PANFORTE】(gluten free)
about 120g / $12.00

Panforte is Italian Christmas sweets rooted from Siena in Tuscany.
It’s like a somewhere between fruit cake, candy, nougat or chocolate salami…

They are chewy,nutty,chocolatey,fruity and elegant flavours from the spices,white pepper.
use Dark Ghana
Special treat for breakfast with tea/coffee for holiday feeling ,
sliced and put on the platter with cheese for aperitivo or try with dessert wine after meal. 🥂

※They are both hold up well when keep in dry cool place or fridge until around Christmas!

【Florentine 】　$7.00
Almond Florentines are cookies with a buttery shortbread base topped with caramelized sliced almonds. They are sweet, crunchy, and rich in flavor

I had a wonderful time in Japan with my family, and after settling back into life here in Nelson, I’m excited to reopen Erika’s Kitchen!

It took a little while to get back into the rhythm—between recovering from a cold, helping the kids start school again, and catching up with work—but I’m feeling refreshed and ready to bake!

✨Catering and baking orders are now open from August✨
Whether it’s for a celebration or just a little treat, I’d love to hear from you.

[Holiday Notice]
Thank you so much for all the support and orders over the busy New Year season!
Starting next week, I’ll be taking a break from catering as my family and I head back to Japan to visit our loved ones.
We’ll be away until mid-June, enjoying some much-needed family time and a chance to recharge.
Catering orders will resume from mid-June—I look forward to returning with fresh energy and inspiration!
