From concept to finish, these two Nelson Argillite (Pakohe) pendants have been handcrafted to celebrate the natural beauty and character of this unique local stone. Each piece has been carefully shaped, carved, and polished by hand, allowing the stone’s natural colours and patterns to guide the final design.

Inspired by the landscapes of Nelson and crafted with patience and care, these pendants carry a little piece of Aotearoa with them.

Come and see them in person first at the Nelson Market tomorrow from 8:00am – 1:00pm. We'd love to show you them and help you find the piece that speaks to you.

This one was a blast to carve! A little something different—a cross-adorned breastplate handcrafted from deep green West Coast serpentine. 🌿

The cross has long been a symbol of faith, hope, sacrifice, and spiritual strength, making it a meaningful design to carry close to the heart. ✝️ It's strung with an "invisible" top suspension and finished with an adjustable brown braided cord for a clean, comfortable fit.
