When you really can't be bothered to do dinner! Just put a bit of water in the bottom, pumpkin, cauliflower, halloumi, onions, in the outer bowl put a bit of water and press the on switch!

Its only October but I started on my Xmas baking already, Panforte here it is. I suspect we will eat them all before Xmas. Im sure my kids won't care. Their schools are almost done, so I'm not crazy early, some of their teachers will be on a sugar high. Its sweet thabks to honey rather than sugar.

People often ask if Tatung NZ cookers need adaptors for the plug of if they need a transformer for power. I would like to mention that ALL electrical appliances sold in NZ (if done via correct channels) under go strict testing before they are allowed to be sold. They have to have an electrical safety number. The symbol you you need to look out for is the triangle, circle with tick and the E number
