As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Full Time Manager to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales associates, merchandisers, and other staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure product availability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Maintain and improve store presentation, merchandising, and store displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare for the overseas market and plan for the it.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management, ideally in the fashion or garment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A strong sense of fashion and customer service excellence.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
• Master's degree in Business in preferred with at least 2 years of experience in the related field
