Voila! It’s here.
The hottest chocolate in town, and not just by rumor.
Handcrafted from our bean-to-bar dark chocolate and blended with a splash of oat milk, it’s finished with extra melted chocolate for that velvety, irresistible richness. The result? Pure, creamy spoonable decadence with a chocolate high you’ll crave again and again.

Find it at the atelier, Wednesday through Saturday.
*Our street is going through quite a construction, you can access it via Conradstraat.

The updated hours are:

Wednesday through Saturday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM &
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Our No. 4 Cashew Butter Caramel + Cardamom Praline came about by chance, yet it makes perfect sense. Even the keenest senses can’t fully grasp her balanced cores: one soft and buttery, the other stretchy and sweet, both floral and earthy notes.

Finished with freeze-dried Persian figs, she is a rich embodiment of modern sweets with Middle Eastern ancestry. You adore her, and she adores you right back.

An evening with to never forget thanks to 💚

With a concept tailored to the Sound Mind, Sound Body campaignby Asics titled: Connect, Taste, Create we dove deep into craftsmanship - the connection to what we eat, the connection to each other and the healing aspects of finding peace amongst the chaos.

This marked the first ever Lait De Choco workshop and it was so much more than just an opportunity to make your own chocolates, forever grateful for this evening.

Katherina appreciation post on this sunny Saturday!

She’s a sweetheart and always buys her gifts at and I always make sure to give her a little gift to go with it. Katherina is a retired psychologist and her favorite chocolate is the 🫚 toffee with 🌻 ganache a.k.a N°11 and I actually invented it thanks to her because she kept asking for a ginger chocolate. Now it’s a new favorite.
