Finca Mi dulce Luna Owned by Mark and Griselda Moynihan is located at Miraflor natural reserve in the northern area of Nicaragua, in the town of Esteli, about 25 km. from the city of Esteli. 99% of the varietal is caturra and this crop 2015-2016 is going to be the second harvest ever. Mark and Griselda are US Citizen who are very passionate with coffee With the help of Axel Florian and Otoniel Florian, both Griselda´s brother, Mi Dulce Sueño have reached very positive results concerning cup quality.

The reserve Miraflor has several natural values: different forests, historical sites and an impressive wealth of flora (including orchids) and fauna as well as an amazing climate and characteristics to produces high quality coffee, because the altitude, it is a bit cooler compared with other places in Nicaragua.

This Coffee farm is 1350 and 1400 meter above sea level, with an annual temperature average between 18 and 20 ° C and a range of rainfall varies between 1200 and 1600 mm per year.
