Book Title: Lockdown camp
Chapter Two.

We had a quick drive to the camp center in southern Chicago, and Mom handed me a ticket, camp bag and then she drove back. I drew up my shade and trudged to the registrar's desk,

" Hello." My lips broke into a fake smile.

" Hi Harry Emma." He watched my ticket and eyed me. " You were once here, right."
" Yep." I hurriedly replied.

" You can proceed for a covid-19 test."

" Thanks." I flashed a smile once more and walked fort.
****
I walked into the first room I could locate and a short row of bunk beds all nearly occupied by girls about my age in shorts and trendy crop shirts. I dropped my baggages beside a bunk close the window and suddenly I heard a group of girls convulsed in a titter watching keenly at me.

" What wrong." I mumbled to myself.

I was quite embarrassed, this wasn't my first time of camping. I knew their type, packs of moochers, I angrily hissed.

"Hi." I heard a gentle feminine voice behind and I turned and wierdly stared at the person.

" I'm Brianna Eddy." She introduced and titled her loosed shoulder- length.

Book Title: Lockdown camp
Chapter one

Emma POV

My eyes blinked in a slow flutter and quickly grew wide open as mom drew the curtains against each other, I shook my hair lightly and flung the duvet off my body,
" Emma, what's wrong with you." She stared quizzically.

" Umm, nothing, I'm alright." I replied drowsily and padded out of the bed room.
" Tick, tick." I heard the kitchen clock loudly ticked.

" Emma." Mom screamed my name harder.

" Mommy, what wrong." I replied scoffed with a spot of agitation in my tone. " Pancakes and sausage." I smiled as I walked into the kitchen.
" Go get ready, c'mon, we would soon hit the road."

" I don't wanna go camping again, I have said this severally." I fought back.

" Anyway, I don't think we've got to squabble at this again, you better go get prepared." Mom replied and dropped the bread knife then pulled out the French press from the kitchen unit.

" But, but I don't think I wanna go for......"
I stuttered.

" Please Emma." Mom cut me short of words.

" Well." I bit my lip and reluctantly walked to my bedroom.
