FOR POTENTIAL COUPLES

Know That Communication Is Key: Healthy relationships thrive on open, honest communication and mutual respect.

Recognize The Signs: Be aware of red flags, such as emotional manipulation, control, or abuse, and take action to protect yourself.

Seek Help When Needed: Don't hesitate to seek counseling or therapy to work through challenges and strengthen your relationship, but in all, _if it's not working out, you should be walking out!_

Prioritize Self-Care: above all, Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and encourage your partner to do the same.

Love Shouldn't Hurt: Remember that a healthy relationship should uplift and support you, not bring you harm or distress. ( The big book says and I quote, 'He who finds a wife find a good thing and obtain favour from the Lord'
PLEASE DON'T CONTRADICT THIS

Let's work together to create a society that promotes healthy relationships, supports those in need, and honors the memories of those who have been affected by toxic relationships.

It's fun to know
Education is the key that helps us grow
It opens doors to new and exciting things
And helps us reach our dreams with joyful rings

With every book we read and every lesson we learn
We gain knowledge and wisdom that will forever burn.
Education helps us think, helps us create
And brings out the best in us, thank God I'm here early!

So come to school with a happy face
And learn with joy in a happy place
Your future is bright, your potential is grand
With education, you'll soar to new lands.

The weight of the unspoken word

I've master the art
Of biting my tongue
Until it bleeds honesty

Every ' I'm fine'
Is a funeral
For the truth
I was too afraid
To bury in your silence

Her Grace has scars!
They see elegance
But miss the edge in her story
Every bit of Grace
was stitched over wounds
Every ounce of kindness
A decision to not become
what broke her
She's the definition
Of a true Africa mother

I like to be silent,
not because I hide.
but peace feels louder when words subside.
In quiet moments,
I feel most true.
It's where my heart walks closely with you!
I don't need noice to prove I care
My love speaks soft.
It's always there.
So if I'm still, please know this part:
Silence is just my louder heart.

I Am Not A Maybe

Don't offer me half a heart and call it love.
Don't come to me only when the world goes quiet and you remember what comfort feels like.
I'm not the echo of someone else indecision.
I'm not a maybe you keeps in your pocket for when certainly fails you
I'm the fire you thought was too much.
But now I know......
I'm just enough for the one who show up with open hands and no doubt in their voice.

If you must hug me
Hug me now that I can feel your warmth
If you must appreciate me
Do it now that I can still feel it
If you must kiss me
Do it now that I'm still alive, not kissing my pictures when I'm no more

If you must love me
Love me now that I'm still with you, love me now that I can still feel loved

Perhaps your expression of love may release chemicals in my body that will prolonged my stay here or revitalize a dying cell in me

Instead of throwing party and saying nice words just to tell people how much good I've done you, say it now.

Say it now so I'll feel encourage to do more.
Say it now so that those who thinks I'm useless will know that I'm actually useful to others, say it.
So love me now, so that I can love you back.
I love you.
