Your Daily Priority Determines The Quality of Your Life.

The greatest Secret to living effective on earth is understanding the principle and power of priorities. Life on earth holds no greater challenge than the complicating daily demand for choosing among competing alternatives for our limited time.

the greatest mistake in life is to be busy but not effective. life's greatest failure is to be successful in the wrong assignment. Success in life is measured by the effective use of one's time

What is Time?

Time is the true measure of life. In fact, time is the currency of your life. How you spend your time determines the quality of your life and death. You become whatever you buy with your time . Always be aware that everything and everyone around you including social media is vying for your time.

Your time is important because your time is your life. Until you set right priorities for your time you can't use your time for intentional purposes.

*LESSONS FOR THE ACTIVE CIVIL SERVANTS / PUBLIC SERVANTS*

1. Build a home earlier if you have the opportunity. Don't eat with your ten fingers. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 60 or 65 is not an achievement. Don't get used to Government’s or company's quarters. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house. Similarly, buy a manageable car before retirement - a durable with less cost of maintenance;

2. Go home. Don't get stuck at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you dropped dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority and relax from office stress;

3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal.
development. Do not lobby for a post or an office because of the benefits attached to it , be contented with where you are;

4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda;

5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain;

6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run;

7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip and invest it wisely;

8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation, not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit;

9. Keep your life, marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important;

10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves;

11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 50 to 55 be out and highest be out at 60;

12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs;

13.Take leave days, utilize them by developing your future home or projects..... usually, what you do during your leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement..... if it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on DSTV matches, expect nothing different after retirement;

14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one 'till it's running viably. When your project is viably running, then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project;

15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buying a stand or build a house, but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself;

16. Put it in your mind that you'll never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement, but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too;

17. Don't retire just because you’re finished or you're now a burden to the Company, and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with your family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end up looking for another job 'till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early;

18. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving.
Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business;

19. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily; and

20. Never retire with a loan on your head, whether documented or not. Reconcile with all your colleagues before retirement. And try, as much as possible, never to go back to your office whether to greet them or seek for any help.

Note: I hope this will help you look at life positively and plan accordingly. Things have really changed but always pray for easy exit/retirement from the services with a better life afterwards....

*🔥 GOD OF RESTORATION 🔥*
Prov 14:16-17
*The wise are cautious and avoid danger; fools plunge ahead with reckless confidence.*
*Short-tempered people do foolish things, and schemers are hated.*
Beloved wisdom is one of God's provisions to help us avoid falling into dangerous pits and traps. It's lack of wisdom to be hot-tempered, quick tempered or be unable to control your anger. These are door ways through which the enemy gets us cheaply.
Make up your mind be to wise, control your anger, stop going over the edge. It adds nothing to you, only pumps your ego and brings you pain.

Someone graduated at the age of 22, but waited 5 years before securing a good job.

Someone became a CEO at 25, and died at 50.
While another became a CEO at 50, and lived to 90 years.

Someone is still single, while someone from his school group has become grandfather.

Obama retired at 55 & Trump started at 70.

Everyone in this world works based on their time zone.

People around you might seem ahead of you & some might seem to be behind you.

But everyone is running their own race, in their own time.

Do not envy them.
They are in their time zone, and you are in yours.

So, relax.

You're not late.
You're not early.
You are very much on time.

Dear Nigeria Youth

You must jettison the idea or sentiment of my brother, my region, my tribe or religion in this upcoming 2023 Election.

Nigeria has a vast majority of Youth who can transform this country in terms of science and technology but unfortunately, over two decades now, the two political parties have failed us.

We need to try something new and that which will bring real transformation in our society.

Our graduates cannot continue to ride okada while we have what it takes to creat an enabling environment for entrepreneurship.

Our small scale businesses which is the hub of our economy are going down daily because of lack of experts to handle our economy.

They appoint people not based on their competence but as form of settlement and sadly, we are all paying the price today.

We cannot continue to put square peg in a round hole and expect Change.

Labor party is here to change the status quo. With H.E Peter Obi and my humble self, all we ask for is your support and prayers.

THE LONG AWAITED NIGERIAN POLITICAL REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN

Results of any election in Nigeria can no longer be changed at the collation centres! Rigging of 2023 elections is nearly impossible. All results will be transmitted from 176,846 polling units to INEC’s server and can be viewed by anyone from all the world online real time.

The implication is that the winner of the 2023 presidential elections shall be known by 7pm on the Election Day without waiting for INEC pronouncement.

Everything changed with the new electoral act recently signed into law by President Buhari few months ago. The law allows electronic transmission of results from the polling booths hence rendering political contractors, ballot box snatchers and result sheets manipulators useless.

Also, the new rule that no one can vote if the accreditation machine does not read his or her PVC and that the number of votes cast must not be more than the number of voters accredited. To be accredited, the machine must either read the voter’s fingerprint or the face and nothing more.

You can now understand why the youths are rushing to get their PVC. They have learnt that they can determine who leads them. They no longer want those politicians who had lived out their own youths and are now determined to spend that of their children’s and grandchildren’s. Nigerian youths consist of 65% of the current population.

As at 2019, INEC had a total of 84,004,084 registered voters. Only 28,614,190 turned out to vote for president. Buhari won with 15,191,847 votes.

The worrying news to the political establishment is that there are more than 48 million Nigerian youths of voting age. And they are annoyingly trooping out to obtain their PVCs.

A political tsunami is about to happen as millions of youths jostling to get their PVCs have a different idea on who to vote for. They no longer listen to anyone neither do the majority of them believe in tribal marks. If they are not stopped, the results of the 2023 elections will shock the world.

I knew that with President Buhari’s signing of the Electoral Act Amendment Bill that the days of political principalities playing with the future of Nigerian youths are numbered.

The only option left for the owners of political structures here and there is sharing money at the polling booths as was done at their primaries elections. But the anger I see on the faces of these youths is so fierce; it seems as if it has been bottled up for so long waiting for a vent.

But, stop to think of this: what suddenly made the youths to get interested in voting? Could it be that one of the political parties has selected someone with the right message for them?

Are the youths shifting from their abode in the social media to real life especially now their votes can count? We shall find out on February 25, 2023, the day of the presidential election. Curiously, many of the youths seem more interested in the presidential election.

The good news is that INEC has promised to register every Nigerian willing to vote.

A new Nigeria is possible.

Nigerians, this is the time to walk your talk, give life to your prayers and produce the president of your dream. We now have the power in our votes.

June. 2022.
