The Bible says in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
When I am weak, He is my strength.
When I am lost, He is my guide.

When I am tired, He carries me.

Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, “Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.”
Jesus is not just part of my life He is the foundation of it.

The Bible reminds us in Ephesians 4:32:"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Kindness is not weakness — it is power under control.It is the ability to respond with love when others expect hate.It is choosing to lift someone up instead of tearing them down.

A smile…A kind word…A helping hand…

These small acts can change someone’s entire day — even their life.

Remember what Proverbs 11:17 says:"Those who are kind benefit themselves, but the cruel bring ruin on themselves."
