People would always mistake us for each other growing up and there was no separating us, even when he'd go on holidays but I always wanted to stay with Dad; I'd be sick and he'd become home sick at the same time but once we're reunited, we immediately get better; I went to throw banger sometime 20years ago and an elderly man who was offended by my actions came looking to flog me, but instead flogged him silly, I begged and pampered him for a whole day and did his chores, I would've beaten up the man as I did every kid on the block for touching him but I couldn't....I once went 5streets away from home to beat up a boy who'd beaten him while I was away;

Just as he followed me into this world, he follows in my footsteps in a whole lot of ways except he couldn't fight like me growing up but he had me to cover for him on that 100%, such was the bond we shared....

He occupies an enormous space in my heart, so much that someone once accused me of willingness to sacrifice myself for him, well, that's the story of my life!

Even now that the story has changed and he's now a soldier man who can very well handle himself whilst protecting all of us, I still feel like protecting him like old times.....Our Oyinbo, Grandma's afinju, our Baby's baby, my carboncopy and TWIN as I fondly call him!

Happy Birthday Gallant Twin, plenty more good years ahead in perfect health, good wealth, sane mind and able body, God's protection will not cease upon your life, you'll continue to grow and soar ever higher, your expectations will not be cut short and your pursuit of greatness in the Army will be achieved, and you'll live to fulfil destiny, Amen!

When I remember how graciously God has dealt with us, how jealously He's kept us, how inexplicably His protective arms covered us, how miraculously He's provided for us, and even in our lowest moments and in the midst of all our iniquities and unfaithfulness, how tremendously He's always remained faithful, and intentionally consistent about making our lives better each passing day, I say primal thanks and praise belong to God.

Its such a beauty to have watched you grow, from that black eyed tiny little baby whom I always cleared her eyes every morning when I wake, to that innocent young girl that would cry at how I price goods every time I took her to the market, to that immensely strong youth who could've pulled put of her training 8years ago after sustaining injuries but even after several stitches and a little rest, went ahead, continued, and completed her training and though already skilled in 3handcrafts, still came to invest a whole lot of time and money to acquire the skills that made Home girl Makeover amid shuttling school and work between Ibadan and Oshogbo for 5years, and to my big baby who called me out of the blue and draw tears out of my eyes when she broke the news about her intention to settle down, hence, handling me the responsibility of announcing to our parents and other siblings, a very tough something at a time I wasn't even ready to let go of her, its been almost 5years now and you've grown so much that every time I look at you, all I see is God and all I say is, Glory be to God!

In spite, the storm and all the challenges, today ours is the songs of the triumphant for God's great mercy towards us and His abundance of Grace over us all through the years, the last 17years especially. Thank you Jesus!

Happy Birthday my Beloved Baby❤🥰❤in whom I'm well pleased, the Lord will fight your cause and you will hold your peace, He'd make His edge round about you and you'll be untouchable to the evil powers of this world, He'll continue to be your shield and buckler, and no plague nor shall any disease enter your household, Amen!
