Good evening all,
So tonight we'll share tips on how not to get cheated in the market while shopping. so there is no hard-and-fast rule to the whole thing about not getting cheated in our Nigerian market. Of course we know that people generally like taking advantage but there are a few things that you don't want to overdo and a few things that you don't even want to do at all if you know that you really do not want to get cheated in the market. You have to guard your 'innocence' so that people don't take advantage of it, at the expense of your pocket.
1. Never create an impression that you are a novice
2. Do not create a sense of a know-it-all in the person that is attending to you because that might lead you to getting on the person's bad side and if you do possibilities are that the person I may hike the price or not even want to sell to you at all and the crazy thing is in Nigerian markets most likely you find out there are associations and they are United and then when they realise that you're bad market, they just might not sell to you and eventually you might even get it at a price that is even higher than the market price.
