Sarah, a seasoned online shopper, relied on the internet for everything, from groceries to clothing and books. Last month, while in the midst of her exam preparations, hunger struck, and she decided to order a quick meal. Scrolling through her WhatsApp contacts, she stumbled upon a spaghetti vendor. The vendor's status and catalog seemed promising, so she ordered a plate of spaghetti, a can of coke, and some turkey wings.

The vendor quoted a price of 3,500 naira for the meal, along with a 1,000 naira delivery fee, promising a delivery time of 35 minutes. Sarah agreed and promptly made the payment. An hour passed, and there was still no sign of her food. Frantically, she called the vendor, but her calls went unanswered. After repeated attempts, the vendor finally picked up, responding rudely to Sarah's inquiries. She abruptly hung up after providing the rider's phone number and claiming that he was on his way.

Sarah called the rider, who disclosed that he was currently at Sapele Road, a minimum 40-minute drive away. He assured her that he would arrive shortly. However, it took an additional hour before Sarah finally received her food. Upon opening the package, her disappointment deepened. The spaghetti was soggy, overcooked, lacked adequate sauce, and was much smaller than expected.

Frustrated, Sarah vented her grievances to a friend, who had a knowing smile. Her friend shared a secret—a place where she could comfortably order food, expect both quality and quantity, and receive delivery within just 10 minutes. What intrigued Sarah even more was the assurance that if the food didn't meet her standards (provided she hadn't taken a bite), she could return it and receive a full refund!
Curious and eager to explore this newfound treasure, Sarah inquired, "Where is this place?" With a grin, her friend took out her phone and navigated to Instagram, searching for UNIBENMARKET. She then headed to the "FOOD" section in the guides, unveiling a plethora of vendors with the "authentic" tag, All vendors were conveniently located within the campus, promising delivery within a mere ten minutes.
