I remember so well a few years back when I started working with dates how chuffed I was when I could say I processed 1kg dates in a day... Well thanks to gorgeous dates and wonderful clients, I can now say I processed 6 kg of dates in one day...

Healthier snack choices make a difference.
These date boxes where created as a way to get away from eating a slab of chocolate a day, and to have something while, naturally sweetened and nurishing to grab and go. First they were still covered with chocolate. Now they have evolved to chocolate free.
With dates, nuts and nut butter and salt.
Or fried dates, butter, nuts and spices. You get one big block....You get to choose the size of your snack.

Nutty date box
Each box consists of three flavours.

Peanut: Date bark, date caramel with peanut butter (we only use Namibian peanut Butter from Langa's Agribusiness Investment CC ) topped with crushed peanuts and salt

Almond: date bark, date caramel with almond butter, topped with almonds and salt.

Cocoa: date bark, date caramel with Cocoa, topped with Cocoa, mixed nuts and salt.

There is something so soothing
In baking before the sun starts to shine...
Before the hustle and brussel starts..
It's as though the aroma of apple tart filling dances through the air just a little slower..
As though there is nothing to interrupt the melody...
As if the glisten of white sauce shines a little different

One could almost imagine pearl drops glistening from off the wooden spoon,
butter and onion smells so different
It's as though in these hours texture, colour and aroma come out to put on quite the romantic opera... For those that dare to slow down and listen...

It's in those moments that beautiful thoughts of nostalgia enter your mind...and just for a moment you pretend as if you live inside of the swirl of all these beautiful things
These hours before the sun kisses the morning sky... They are often the most beautiful
Thankful that love and beauty show up such elegant displays
