The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage and allocate budget correctly.
Promote brand’s name, products and services by interacting with sales prospects & business partners.
Research, planning and executing new marketing activities to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Work closely with business development manager/ top management to brainstorm marketing & sales strategies.
Analyze and evaluate the ROI of each promotion campaigns, and provide suggestions to improve
Provide sales & marketing reports, analysis of market trend and market feedback from time to time
Grow company’s revenue, profitability and market share
Handle Social Media Accounts and E-Commerce Platform.
Handle and coordinate active calendars.
Schedule and confirm meetings.
Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
Responsible for Sales Order entry including account clearance.
Maintain good communication with Customers, Carriers and Logistics vendors.
Manage and prepare shipment documents.
Participate in ah-hoc analysis requirements and task assignments.
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SQL software.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
