IMPORTANT NOTES
📌TOURNAMENT RULES & FORMAT:
• The tournament will be conducted in 7 rounds of BO3 Swiss Round format and Top Cut of Single Elimination. Each match has a time limit of 40 minutes. If time is called, the final result will be determined by the tournament judges.
• Main Deck Size: Minimum 40 cards and Maximum 60 cards.
Side Deck: 0–15 cards.
Main Deck and Side Deck sleeves must be identical.
Extra Deck sleeves may differ from the Main Deck sleeves.
• Only official English Edition for Asia Yu-Gi-Oh! cards may be used in the tournament.
• Players must complete at least 【3 rounds】of the tournament to be eligible to redeem the participation prize.
• If the champion has already secured an invitation for the WCQ-Asia 2026 Finals, the invitation slot for this tournament shall be reallocated to the next eligible participant based on ranking order (Including flight and accommodation).
• Participants shall not be permitted to forfeit or transfer any invitation once it has been awarded. Each participant is only eligible to obtain one (1) invitation slot in total combined of OCG and AE.
• The invitation for this tournament is strictly limited to Malaysian citizens only.
• BLAZING DOMINION is not permitted for this tournament.

📌DECKLIST SUBMISSION:
• Players shall submit their decklist in NEURON during this period (10/05/2026 to 15/05/2026, 11:00PM). Non-Submission will mean that you will not be in the tournament.

📌PENALTIES:
• During the games, players are only allowed to use the NEURON. Any other app is prohibited to use to prevent any possibility of sending or receiving outside assistance.
• If a player receives 3 warnings in the event, the player will be given a Game Loss. Any further warnings in the same match will result in a Match Loss.

📌MATCH PROCEDURES:
• Tournament regulations and prize details announced on-site on the event day shall prevail.
• If a player has any questions about an opponent's deck legality during the match, they shall raise their hand to request a judge for deck check. Once both players leave their seat without any question, there shall be no further requests to be allowed.

• All participants must comply with the rules set by the Organiser and the rulings of the Judges. The Organiser reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
• The Head Judge holds final authority over all rulings and penalties during the tournament. All participants must follow official instructions given by Judges or the Organiser. Refusal to comply will be treated as Unsporting Conduct and penalized accordingly.
• By participating in this event you agree that CTC Card Pro Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take any pictures or photos for the event and publish it, which includes photos of players/spectators and/or decklists.

注意事項：
📌比賽流程須知:
• 比賽将以3盤2勝進行7轮的BO3瑞士輪 + 淘汰賽制。每場比賽時間上限為40分鐘，逾時將由大會裁判判決最終比賽結果。
• 一副卡組最少40張至60張，副卡組只能0張至15張, 主卡組和備牌卡组的卡套必須一致, 额外卡組的卡套可以与主卡组的卡套不一致。
• 只能使用亞洲英文版遊戲王卡比賽。
• 玩家需最少打滿【3輪】賽事才能领取參賽獎。
• 如果冠军已獲取 WCQ-ASIA 2026 亞洲決賽出賽資格，此比赛的资格將以顺位的形式递让给下一位符合资格的参赛者（包括機票及酒店條件）。
• 參赛者不可放棄或轉讓已獲得的資格，而每位参赛者將只可以獲得一次出賽資格 (OCG 及 AE 共同計算)。
• 仅限马来西亚公民可获得此比赛的资格。
• 本赛事不得使用 BLAZING DOMINION。

📌罰則:
• 比賽期間除了NEURON, 不可使用其它APP以避免構成發出或接收任何提示之嫌。
• 若在此活动中，玩家累计获得 3 次警告，该玩家将被判输一局 (Game Loss)。再被警告的玩家将被判该场比赛落败 (Match Loss)。
