1. To estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
2. Responsible to handle customer complaint including field visit to customer as well as customer complaint summary log. Also, responsible to convey in details and samples of defects from customer to all relevant department, both written and verbal, at the earliest time.
3. Review requirements specifications and technical design for new models and ensure all corrective and preventive actions are taken to avoid continuous high rejections.
4. Responsible on corrective and preventive actions (PCAR ) in terms to reduce non-conformance parts, tambah paper and shortages.
5. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
6. Identify, record, document thoroughly all above activity.

- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.

Responsibilities
• To manage the full spectrum of human resource management that includes recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee welfare, employee disciplinary and training & development.
• To develop, maintain and implement HR Policies & Procedures to meet the Company's needs.
• To prepare yearly manpower budget and forecast future manpower requirements and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing levels to cope with operation needs.
• Oversee the recruitment progress and procedures of the Company to ensure that qualified candidates can be attracted to cope with the continuous upgrading programme.
• Maintain an updated and complete set of job description and job specification for each position in the Company.
• Update and advise the management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure compliance.
• To conduct research on market trend, practice and advise the management on necessary review.
• Handle all staff grievances and complaints.
• To enforce disciplinary action on staff who violates the house's rules and regulations.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and preferably those from hotel industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of employees.
• Strong leadership and organization ability.
• Pleasant, positive, diplomatic and highly resourceful individual with great sense of integrity.
• Knowledge in Human Resource Management, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Statutory requirements
• Familiar with the HRDF scheme and claim.
