The Price of My Pride
Was it the poetry in my love,
That blurred the lines for you?
Did the rhythm of my heart's devotion
Only serve to cloud your view?
I reached for every word and way,
To lay my soul before your eyes,
Yet every bridge I tried to build
Became a ghost of "worthless" sighs.
Do you even know the cost?
The heavy toll I had to pay?
I paved the path for you to see
With the pride I threw away.
My dignity was the floor you walked,
A sacrifice you never knew.
But you—you only know the frost,
And the art of turning cold, on cue.
မင်းကို ပြသတဲ့ငါ့အချစ်က ကဗျာဆန်နေလို့များ မင်းစိတ်ကို ထွေပြား စေခဲ့သလား ?
ငါ့ အချစ်ကို ဝန်ခံဖို့ နည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံ သုံးခဲ့ရလဲ အရာရာက အလကားဖြစ်သွားလောက်အောင်
မင်း မမြင်ခဲ့တာလား ?
မင်းသိရဲ့လား အဲ့ဒီလို အချစ်ကို မင်းမြင်ဖို့အတွက် ချခင်းခဲ့တာ ငါ့မာန နဲ့ ငါ့ dignity ဆိုတာကိုရော သိရဲ့လား
မင်းမသိပါဘူး !
မင်းသိတာ ငါ့အပေါ် အေးစက်ဖို့ ငြင်းပယ်ဖို့ပဲ မဟုတ်လား ?
